Frequently Asked Questions
What is your refund policy?
Our products may be returned within 30 days of your order delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot provide you a refund. To be eligible for a return, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can only offer returns on items purchased in the United States.
To initiate your return, please email us at info@luxeandgo.com.
Do I need to add a base or a top coat?
No, our gel nail stickers do not need any extra products to ensure quality. For added durability and shine, you can always use a gel top coat.
What is the difference between semi-cured gel nails and nail stickers?
Semi-cured gel nails are made with real gel polish and harden when cured under a UV lamp. Nail polish stickers are thin strips of regular polish, do not require curing under a lamp, and stay soft and flexible.
How long do I need to cure my nails for?
Our gel nails are already semi-cured, so you only need to cure each nail under a UV lamp for at least 60 seconds to cure completely. You may cure your nails for an additional 60 seconds if you prefer. Curing your nails correctly can extend the life span of your manicure!
How long do the gel nails last?
With proper prep and application, the nails can last 14+ days! Please ensure to carefully follow the instructions provided in your nail kit.
What does each set include?
Each set comes with one strip of 20 individual gel stickers of varying sizes and a mini “prep kit” including a nail file, alcohol prep pads, instruction sheet, and a wooden stick. UV lamps are sold separately.
How do I properly store the nails?
Be sure to store the gel nails in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, as exposure to sunlight before applying to your nail can cause them to cure over time.
How do I remove the nails?
Simply apply any oil or acetone-free nail polish remover to the edge of the nail strip near the cuticle and gently shimmy the flat end of the provided wooden stick underneath the strip to loosen the gel.
